I had the most wonderful experience at Eastpark Dental. Kallie was a breath of fresh air after a long, tough day at work; she was genuinerly kind and friendly. She helped me get settled in and checked my insurance coverage. Brittany was my dental technician and was absolutely wonderful; she was smart, proficient, kind and an expert. She not only made my dental cleaning experience endurable, but also engaged in teaching me various things to do to improve my dental hygiene. Dr. Weaver was friendly, attentive and patient; he actively listened so that all my thoughts, concerns and questions were addressed and answered. Kim was nice, friendly and helpful; she scheduled my next dental appointment and was a lovely "last face" to see before I left- with goodies and cookies in hand. For me, a dental visit is the last I want to thing about or do, especially after a long day at work; however, my visit at Eastpark Dental proved to be a delightful way to end my day- even with an exam, x-rays and a cleaning. Eastpark Dental's friendly and caring environment made all those concerning things fade away. Well done and keep up the outstanding work! I look forward to my next visit!

Wanted to just drop you a note letting you know how much I appreciate your coustomer service efforts. I find so many instances where customer service is not a sought after attribute of a a company, and frankly I think we all have gotten use to this missing from our everyday transactions.

Yesterday, as you know my appointment was running a little late. Frankly because of other experiences I had in my life it seemed common place and not a big deal to me. If your team did nothing extra I probably would be just gone on my way with no positive or negative impressions just chalked it up to normal.

As I was called back I heard, from everyone that I interacted with, an apology for the delay. Keep in mind it was only 15 minutes. I started to feel really good about others beting concerned about my time. Made me feel important and a valued customer.

As I was leaving to again emphasize to me I was a valued customer. As I sat late night telling my family about this I really became more and more impressed. Your team has the leadership to really understand what customer service is all about, and I wanted you to know it does make a huge difference. I am going to take the opportunity to tell others of my experience as an example of how to do it right. I think in my staff meeting on Friday I will probably use this story to emphasize further what must never take for granted as our customers are absolutely everthing to us.

I am a Raving Fan of Eastpark Dental and all the people that make it a special place. Keep up the tremendous service as it is very impressive.
